Privacy Policy

Eromantic AI is an adult AI companion service operated by Eromantic-AI, 1000 Brickell Ave, Ste 715, Miami, FL 33131. This policy explains what we collect and why, for the website, apps and companion experiences at eromantic.ai.

Depending on how you use Eromantic, we collect:

• Account data: email, password hash, display details, age confirmation, and authentication tokens.
• Chats: messages you send and the replies generated for you, including memory you ask the companion to keep.
• Generated media: images, video and other files created in chat, Studio or related tools, and the prompts used to make them.
• Voice: audio you play or request, and the text sent to a voice provider so it can speak a reply.
• Payment metadata: plan, status, transaction identifiers and the last four digits or similar non-card tokens our payment partner returns. We do not store card numbers.
• Device and analytics: browser type, coarse location derived from IP, cookie identifiers, and product events if you allow analytics.

Chats and media are processed to generate replies, images, video and voice. That processing is done by Eromantic and by third-party model providers and voice providers acting on our instructions. A message you send, a photo you request, or a line you ask to hear may be transmitted to those providers for the sole purpose of producing the output you asked for. Do not include information you would not want a processor to handle in order to generate a reply.

Subscriptions and credit packs are charged by Whop. Whop collects and stores payment card details. Eromantic receives payment metadata such as whether a charge succeeded, the plan, and a customer reference. We do not store card numbers.

Essential storage keeps sign-in, security and your age confirmation working. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads) run only if you choose Accept all on the consent banner or the first-visit age sheet. Essential only leaves those cookies off. Details are in the cookie policy.

Account, chat and generated-media records are kept while your account is open so a companion can continue a conversation. Server logs are kept for about 90 days. Payment metadata is kept for as long as tax, accounting and fraud rules require, typically up to seven years, and then deleted or de-identified. Analytics events, if you allowed them, are kept for up to 14 months.

You can delete your account from account settings, or email support@eromantic.ai and ask us to delete it. We delete the account, chats and generated media within 30 days, except for records we must keep for legal, security or payment disputes.

We use TLS for data in transit, restrict access to production systems, and store passwords only as hashes. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. Please use a unique password and tell us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We are based in the United States. Model providers, voice providers, hosting and payment partners may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use contractual safeguards for those transfers.

If the GDPR applies to you, you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal information, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority.

We rely on these lawful bases:

• Contract: providing the account, chats, media and the plan you buy.
• Legitimate interests: securing the service, preventing abuse, and understanding aggregate product use in a way that does not override your rights.
• Consent: optional analytics, and any marketing you opt into. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Legal obligation: tax, accounting and responding to lawful requests.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. California residents can request to know, correct or delete personal information, and to appeal a refusal, by emailing support@eromantic.ai. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Eromantic is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we delete the account and the data associated with it. Email support@eromantic.ai if you believe a minor has used the service.

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. The effective date of this policy is 2026-10-19.
